The companies and visitor’s bureaus that offer me these trips know that I will be writing my honest opinion about the destination. I will not agree to compensation in exchange for a positive review.

I am also sometimes sent travel-related or family-related products to try, with the expectation that I might consider writing about them on my blog. Rest assured that the products I write about are products I have tried, and I will write my honest opinion of them. If I have received a product for free, I will tell you that. If I don’t say that I received it for free, that means I bought it myself and just liked it enough to share it with you.
