Construction has been underway for some time on the new “Wizarding World of Harry Potter” at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Now visitors to the park are greeted by a Ministry of Magic decree about the construction. There are pictures at IOACentral.com.

The Harry Potter “theme park within a theme park” was announced by Universal last year. It’s scheduled to open in 2010 with multiple attractions and landmarks from the book like Hogwart’s Castle and Hogsmeade.
