Rice Krispies Treats has new packaging that is perfect for moms! The packages have a blank white area on the front that allows you to write a message on them.

I tried these out recently and had the best time thinking up messages for my daughter to write on them. Beyond the usual “I love you,” I tried to write some encouraging words that might be a pick-me-up during her school day, like “You are my math whiz!”

And I couldn’t resist reminding her to “Be a good listener today!” I am a mom, after all.

I sent the Rice Krispies Treats love notes to school in my daughter’s lunch box on several different days, and she truly enjoyed receiving them. She was disappointed when the box ran out, so I will have to get more soon.

I love Rice Krispies Treats. No, really, I love them so much that I have been known to totally over indulge when I make a pan at home. That’s another reason I like these pre-made treats that are individually package. It makes it much easier to stop at one!

I have seen these new Rice Krispies Treats in a couple of my local supermarkets here in Florida. Have you tried them? What kind of love notes would you write to your child?
