Adorable new video of the baby dolphins at SeaWorld’s Discovery Cove

Discovery Cove has had a dolphin baby boom this summer, with four dolphin calves being born in the past month. Here’s some video of the new little ones, who are being cared for behind the scenes at the Orlando theme park:

If you’re a Florida resident, Discovery Cove is offering discounts on admission throughout the summer and fall months.

So here’s your “awwwww” moment of the day…

Take a look at these four baby otters. The little guys were born three weeks ago at SeaWorld in Orlando. Their mom and dad are Simon and Sophie, both Asian small-clawed otters.

They are a protected species, native to Southeast Asia. SeaWorld breeds the otters for the Association of Zoos and Aquarium’s Species Survival Plan, which tries to preserve animals that are threatened or endangered in the wild. (more…)
